Serino & Braun w jmt

I'll have to figure out what years this spanned. I was living at

the house on Yale Street. There were two guys who I saw playing in a hotel. I sought them out and ended up playing bass with them. Karl Braun and Jamie Serino were students at Eckerd College and had been playing together for some time. Jamie didn't sing, so I was an asset in that I could add harmonies. And, of course, bass really adds a lot when

combined with the two guitars. I have more to say about my time with them, but I don't have much in the way of photos or music. We played restaurants and bars and once we opened for the band Little Feat at an

Eckerd College concert. Lady Luck is one of Karl's original songs. I was learning pedal steel guitar at that time, and I added an unauthorized part to the song. This is the only recording I have where you can really hear the instrument. I really never got that facile on it, but it's fun for me to hear.
